At GemnessPlants, every plant is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives healthy and in excellent condition.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Schedule

To reduce the risk of plants sitting in transit over the weekend, live plants are generally shipped Monday through Wednesday.

Packaging

Each plant is securely packaged using professional shipping methods to minimize movement and protect the foliage and roots during transit.

Weather

If extreme heat or cold is expected along the shipping route, we may delay shipment to help protect your plants. If a delay is necessary, we will contact you.

Delivery

Please bring your package indoors as soon as possible after delivery. We are not responsible for damage caused by packages left outside for extended periods or delays after delivery.

Minor Shipping Stress

It is normal for live plants to experience minor cosmetic imperfections, slight leaf bending, or a small amount of leaf loss during shipping. Most plants recover quickly with proper care.

Order Issues

If your order arrives with significant damage, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the plant, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue and work toward a fair resolution.
